anuary 21, 2010. Oil company on near Monumen Nasional ( MONAS ), have a problem on their BES server, all users cannot receive and send email. This actually happen suddenly. I came at 7 pm on that company.

first i check connection between BES and all users, BES cannot send message by PIN and Message. Suddenly, IT company ask me to have eat not dinner :). he share about the problem and what important this BES for company, and unfortunately the problem near of weekend.

check one by one, there is new problem that it cannot Enterprise Activation user BlackBerry. so i am using tool to check all permission, there is problem to connect mail server using MAPI.

it is rainy day, i am freezing on server. my hand is shake and it is 10 pm. so i give explanation that we need do some simulation about this problem and we need new pc or server to do this. we stop at 11 pm to continue tommorrow.

the new pc actually is not ready when i came at 9 am, maybe around 10 am pc ready, so i installed windows server, system manager and almost all pre installation like create new account, but there are problem on permission and ip connection, so i let the customer to fix this.

Finally i pray jum'at at Masjid istiqlal.

i'm doing simulation with new account to prove that there is problem with account profile to connect mail server via MAPI profile. after that we move all users to new pc without doing Re - EA. finish at 5 pm, 22 january 2010
