ebruary 19, 2010. Got work order to company that need migration user between BES server and with new device. I think this is regular case but because user BlackBerry want to change are Board of Director, we need to make backup plan if something happen in process.
First need to do is back up data from BlackBerry device existing and re – check on Desktop Manager. Then delete profile user on BES that want to remove. After sure that profile is delete than restore the data to new device BlackBerry, connect to wireless network and then wait for a several minutes.
On new BES, add user account profile and set password activation.
