ebruary 23, 2010. Work order to company in west Jakarta, their BES is down, because they have change the mail server.

I check all permission and connection mapi, there are no problem. But cannot add user and have error notification. In BES log there is problem connection between BES and mail server.

Try to reinstall BES server, and reactivate 1 user with onyx device. Activation is completed but IT policy on user status is failed. After try another user is work. Until know I do not know why it happen
